Dependancies Error

Hello,

I have found a bug in WoW UI Editor regarding setting dependancies. When I add an optional dependancy by checking the 'Optional' box, it says it's an optional dependancy, but when I save and close, the .toc lists it as a required dependancy. Also, all optional dependancies which I typed in manually become listed as required dependancies.

I was using v1.0.100.2, haven't tried v1.0.100.2-r2 yet.

It's not a biggie, but it is annoying.

Apart from that, everything works A-OK. Thanks for making such a wonderful UI Editor. I look forward to any and all updates made.
