New Version 1.0.100.3 Up

Hi all,

I have updated the original download to version 1.0.100.3, it contains several new stuff that needs testing, specifically editor colour customisation, and you can start to play with the skin files. Most of the changes are detailed in the doco.

blp2decode.dll is password protected?
lua50.dll is password protected

bunch of the DLLs are pw protected and cant be extracted..less i fuxxed up

The original archive on my machine works fine. Either try redownloading it, and/or extract it into a different directory altogether.
