Repeatable Quest Turn-in Mod

For those quests that you need to turn in loads of items over and over, there has to be a way to automate it. BGassist does it for the AV turn ins, is there any mods out there that will do it for Thorium Brotherhood, Cenarion Circle, City Clothmasters, Etc?
