Real UI error

My error is a seemingly simple one.
My UI shows constantly that "Addons are out of date"

As a result of this, I'll have errors such as my pet and mount tab is gone, or there is a green box next to information profiles and other mods. Id rather not change mods but its been this way since the patch and I'm tired of waiting. Does anyone know what I can do?

Make sure you have update all of your addons, then check "Load out of date AddOns"
