AddOns Download Trouble

Hay if someone can help me im in need i cant seam to get any more addons dowloaded on my addon folder it wont go it says it downloaded but when i get to the folder its not there

First of all, how do you download your AddOns? By the sound of it you're using an Addon Updater, which one?

You talk about different folders and directories, would you care to elaborate on which ones you're talking about?
