Ninja patch break item links?

It would seem that the ninja patch has broken a few item links. It seems like a number of valid items are being flagged as invalid items, thus preventing them from loading or even being clickable.

Any authors able to confirm this? We just had a couple drops in MC I couldn't click, nor did they show up in KCI and I KNOW I had them in there at one time...
