Problem with mob health addon with x-perl

I'm trying to get mob health addon to work with x-perl frame, but for some reason, the mob's health is not showing up when i tried to kill a mob. I've downloaded mobhealth, mobheatlh2, and mobhealth3, and none of those seems to work.

The addon list when log into the game shows that mobhealth is incompatible.

Does anyone know how to enable it?

You should just need MobHealth3.

At your character selection screen, when you click 'addons', check the box that will 'Load out of date addons'.
