Moving the new Blizzard Spell Alerts (auras)

Anyone know the name of the frame with the new Blizzard spell alerts/auras? I use viewport to push my display to one monitor and a blank panel on the other monitor, so those auras are popping up in the middle of the two. I'd like to use MoveAnything to move them over.

Anyone know the name of the frame yet?

How about the new level up frame? Can't seem to find an addon for that one - how about a frame name?
