I keep having an internal error, how to resolve this???

i have downloaded the windows interface ui maneger but when i'm downloading the questhelper i keep getting the message of an internal error and also when i'm trying to instal the quest helper manualy i cant get the addon button on the left corner. plz give me a way to install addons on my account/wow, thanks.
