moving mod minimap buttons around?

I have a few addons (GypsyMod, LootLink), as well as the whole Cosmos pack. The problem is, with all the mods having buttons on the minimap for configuration (like the +/- ones), they overlap each other and I am unable to click on some, or even see them.

What I'm looking for is a way to spread them out, so they aren't on top of each other. Census, a mod included in Cosmos, has an option to move the button around, but none of my other mods have this. Is there someplace to start doing this? I haven't made any mods, but I would be more than willing to edit any files to get this fixed.
