I have not been able to find any UIs that fit well with my 1024 x 768 res. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me fix a ui into this resolution, or even give me the link to a good UI already made for that res. I am a hardcore raiding shadow priest, i like unique artwork and clean uis. Any help would be great!

the best UI's are the ones you make yourself, it takes a bit of time to get them good, but its experience gained and satisfaction in knowing that you got something unique
Other than that i can't say i know many ui packs that are 100% always seem to find something wrong with them (but hey, thats just me )

I would really love to get into making my own UI's but have absolutely no clue of where to start. I've tried many time, but cant seem to do it=[. Any advice on where to learn how to do it?

nah, you pretty much have to jump into it, but start of easy, take it one mod at a time and read up on what the mods do
actionbars are a good start since they often take up much of the ui

Look at one's on this site, that's what I did. Now I can make my own UI's and like themtoo .

i started out with the old school discord mods takes alot of time to master but well worth it
just mess with everything see what things does etc etc.
