Request: Custom HP/Mana Bars

I would like to request, movable, scalable, vertical HP and Mana bars, for me and my target. If the scalable, etc. is too hard it's not that important (If they are in a frame I can scale them with Discord anyways.) But this would be a huge help to my interface, and I'm assuming a few others also.

Any chance it could also be a standalone? DUF messes up my animated models, it scales them down by alot for some reason.
