Interface : Huge Problem

I did a complete fresh re-install of WoW and I try to put a new UI in, and it still doing exactly the same- Looks exactly as the old UI I had.

Here is a setup of my folders, account is on CAPS - and after Servername I have my character's name (Ex:Roburter)

Can you show what folders and files you have in that subdirectory?
