Changing emphasized spell graphics

With the new WoW client, there is this nifty new included feature to toss up graphics when certain spell triggers / procs are reached. All fine, well, and good except that some of them are annoying or intrusive.

After a fair bit of prowling through the art portion of the addon-kit it seems that I'm unable to find these bloody textures. Has anyone run across these things? or are they an series of animations and stored elsewhere? or...am I just blind?
