Quest Log
When i get a new quest let say in deephorn. It shows a "new" text flashing green I updated to your current carbonite. Does that mean That i'm updating my database See Screen Shot below

As per the change notes in the new update that indicates it is a new quest you just got and will flash for 60 seconds.
