Combuctor Skins

I have always liked Combuctor the most when it comes to features and aesthetics. However, I have a hard time finding skins for it.

I was wondering if anyone knows where any skins for it are, and if no one does, then, is there anyone out there willing to write a framework for this? The author has always kept it the same Blizzard look. I'd prefer something minimal that would match with a lot of the minimal addons out there.

Is there any hope for this feature on Combuctor?

Could you not skin it with Skinner?

Or use one of the complete UI skinning art packs like:

which will change your bags too (along with the other UI components).

No, it's sloppy - doesn't do a good job at all at skinning Combuctor, but everyone else seems to work with those. I have tried.
