Target mod

I been putting togther my ui. I looking for a target mod that has a nice skin to it. Not the bland bar. Also a way to skin my chat box. Can someone point me in the right direction for something.

Prat 3.0 to make some smaller changes to the chatbox ... not much pimping though ... and ag_Unitframes or maybe Perl to pimp the unitframes ...
