Nameplate's Debuffs Visualization

I'd like to know if there's a way to set debuffs on nameplates look like this:

1. no more icons, just bars that will expire from right to left with a timer.
2. bars should stack, positioning themselves vertically in a time to expiration hierarchy.
3. possibilty to change debuff's bar color.
4. make bars flashing at x seconds to expiration.
