Target's gains and losses through SCT
I saw this in a video, but there was no list of mods anywhere. It showed stuff like paladin's bubble or rogue's clos when it was gained and when it was lost through SCT. I haven't been able to find it, and am about to resort to making it myself, but wanted to ask here first.

SpellAlerter or WitchHunt (that page says its "currently in alpha" but that's obviously not been updated in some time)...
