Event For Change of UIScaling

I Recently wrote a XP bar and Rep Bar to sit at the bottom of my screen and run from corner to corner and it resizes when the scaling is changed but I am not sure what event would happen when UI Scaling is Changed so Right now I have it changing it on Update of the bars? I would like for them to size right away but I not sure of the Event to Register for this to happen
