Need onscreen targeting mod

Ok so here is the Deal I need a mod that will put a window on my screen showing all enemy targets that are within range (or even just the ones targeting me)

I have such a mod but it works in Arena only and I have to mouse over the target atleast once

I dont mind mousing over the target but I need a Mod that works inside battlegrounds and mabie in 25man raids as well

can this mod track target of targets? cause i need something like that for tanking, to see whenever the mobs are targeting someone else but me

i think they want something like PersonalSentry, but not with all the "extras". just like http://www.wowinterface.com/download...2-Proximo.html

if someone could teach me how to create such a thing, i would be glad to run / make such a thing.
