How do I create a guild mod package?

I wan to create a Mod Package for my guild, but am unsure how to do that. Is there a program that does it? Can someone explain it to me?

1. make a folder with your guild name or something
2. download all the addons/tools you want in your package and extract them all to that folder you just made
3. download a program like WinRAR. (google it) or other file manager program.
4. compress the folder that you made in step 1. (creates it into a .zip so you can upload it)
5. upload it to wowinterface.com!

with WinRAR, the "Add" button compresses folders, fyi. make sure you make it a .zip and not a .rar
