How do i add more action bars for more spells?

How do i add more action bars to my screen so i can put more spells or health pots or other foodtype items up on the screen?

type /bongos
click the action bars tab and move the slider up to how ever many you want.
if they dont show up after doing that, click on the visibility tab and make sure the bars you want are ticked.
