MasterLoot DKP Concept

This concept is based around a simple DKP system that doesn’t need all the fancy features. Here is an example of what would happen from invites to raid, to boss kill.

Basic Guild Raid Information:
Raid Invites go out 5:40pm Server Time
People Message Raid Leader to get on the wait list
Raid On Time (Bonus DKP) goes out at 6:00pm Server Time

Now knowing the basic information of the guild raid times. Lets get into what would happen with this addon.

1: Raid Leader Starts Invites at 5:40pm Server Time
2: Raid Leader Enters the instance or manually starts a new event
3: 6:00pm ST, On Time DKP (Bonus) automatically distributed to all members in Raid Group and on the Waitlist. Ex: 15 DKP
4: First boss dies, window pops up asking how much DKP this boss kill is worth. You Type it in and hit OK (Or have a Preset list that it grabs the DKP amount)
5: Loot Master clicks on Boss to view the items and manually starts his bidding system.
6: Loot Master selects player who won the item, window pops up asking if you are sure you want to give this item to that person and has an area to type in amount of DKP that person is spending for it.
7: Clicks Ok. (Saves item information, players name, and amount of DKP spent.)
8: Raid Ends, you leave the instance or raid and it will ask you if you are finished with this event. “Yes or No” hit yes to save and end the event, hit no to continue with the event.
9: Export it out to eqDKP and other DKP systems.

Overview:

So what we are looking at is, being able to type the amount of DKP, saves events, item info, player info, boss kill dkp, a Waitlist addon, and export into dkp systems all in one addon. Would also have the normal loot settings for which loot to consider DKP worthy or not.

So question is, is there a way to replace the MasterLoot interface to do this? And is anyone up for building this :-p !?
