Mazzle wont Mazzify

It's been about 6 months since I played WoW last and the first thing I wanted to do was to get mazzle back

Anyhow I followed the instructions step by step. Everything worked until it came time to "Mazzify", the button wasn't there. What can I do to resolve this.

BTW I am not noticing any errors popping up on the screen.

which Mazzify button was missing? the second that says finish spell?
In that case, try /reloadui and mazzify again, it should work then.
