Whats this addon??

Hi,

Ive been looking for a few days for this addon but cant find it, I would like to have the addon that adds a "second" bar right on top of the default one. Like seen in the picture below. I found a few ones that do it but I want to keep my two dragons or whatever they are, Not just a bunch of boxes like some addons do. The one in the picture looks very nice.





Any help would be great thanks so much.

uum that's the default UI. Escape - Interface - Action Bars.

Check Bottom Left & Bottom Right bars.

The only addon I see there is TitanPanel. The default UI is scaled all the way down, and all 4 extra Blizzard action bars are enabled.
Oh, I think there's also a font mod of some sort enabled as the chatbox font looks different...I could be wrong there.

That's my UI. I used ClearFont2 to change the fonts.
