Carbonite Won't Allow characters online

I am having trouble with 3.1 - if it is loaded, I can't get my characters online. When I turn it off, my characters can enter the world. Any ideas?

Corrupted Carbonite.lua file?

Delete or rename the file:
World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<account name>\SavedVariables\Carbonite.lua

Deleting the World of Warcraft\Cache folder may also fix it.
