Map zoom in, patches missing or repeated

When I zoom in the map, it goes to finer detail showing the minimap type stuff. However, in some areas patches of the map are flickering as I pan the view or just simply displaying the wrong section of the map. Is this a known bug or I got corrupt files? Using the newest 3.1 version. The majority of the map is fine. Just mainly some parts of Storm Peaks, Icecrown, and Crystalsong. Uploaded some screenshots of the area near K3.

how soon till the next version release? It's a bit of a pain, cause i have this same issue just every where not just restricted to some obscure location. So it's disabled till it's fixed for me.
