Any way to clear Tomtom emulated waypoints?

Occasionally,when Carbonite is missing a quest, I use Lightheaded to add locations to the map (via Carbonites TomTom emulation). Is there convenient way to simply clear all TomTom-emulated points from the maps?

I've not been able to find one yet (short of clicking the magenta button on the quest watcher twice - but that only works if I have quest Carbonite has pathing info for)

You should be able to right click the map and select 'Clear GoTo' (it's near the top).

Tried that. It wasn't working for me, though that might be because I'm using SexyMap too.

Edit: Do you mean the Minimap or the Carbonite map? I tried right clicking the red marker on the minimap. I'll try the waypoint on the Carbonite map when I get a chance

Right click the Carbonite map and select "Clear Goto".
