Coloring default action bars

Hello there,

Is there a way I can change the color of the default action bars? I'm tired of the grey action bar.

I know there is an addon called Skinner that changes the default to black, but it also makes it look different changing the skin and automatically removing the gryphons.

So, is it possible? Is there any addon capable of doing that?
