How do I remove backdrop from Base Frame?

I've followed the guide (somewhat, I left out the textures) to make a casting bar, but when I'm done, I have a black transparent box on my screen. Looks like there's a backdrop on the base frame, as the box will change size if I change the size of the baseframe. How do I remove this one?
