If you do not have any addons installed then it should appear as normal. As only addons would be able to hide these away.

How did you 'delete' them ?

Do you have any addons installed ?
If so which ones ?
And in particular which ones recently before this problem occurred ?

If all else fails you can run repair.exe inside your World of Warcraft directory.

If you "deleted" your action bars (the row of buttons where you find spell/abilities) and you using the default interface then do the following:

- Press "ESC"
- In the pop-up menu select "Interface"
- Now look for the "Action Bars" tab/button (I forget which it is)
- tick the check boxes for the action bars you wish to reenable.

There is also the mini-nuke option: Delete your WTF folder. This will wipe your Interface settings however action button (if you use the default action bars or an AddOns based on the default action bars) and macros will be preserved as they saved server side (unless you disabled this however you would know if you did).

Most action bar addons have an option to hide things you don't want to see. I'm guessing that you use an action bar replacement like Dominos or Bartender. Both have that option, and with Dominos, at least, hiding a bar while you are in "edit mode" is as simple as clicking the mouse wheel while you are hovering the bar. Very easy to do this accidentally. No worries, though, as all you have to do is click it again and it's back. You can also hide bars you don't want to see with Bartender 4, but it's a bit more complicated.

By-the-way, just what is "it"? "i tried deleting and then reinstalling it". Just a little curious.
