Docking below map scale and mini map pinging

When i have my mini map docked and have the "Docking below map scale" set to 0.00 (which is the way I like it) it won't let me ping my mini map.

Now is there a way to fix this with out changing the Docking below map scale from 0.00?

Hold "alt", then ping the minimap. Pressing "alt" will make the Blizzard minimap visible in the Carbonite minimized map. If all you want is a "Go To" point on the Carbonite map, right click the Carbonite map where you want the point, and choose "Go To" in the menu. One thing: I have found that you can't right click an icon and put a "goto" at the same spot. You have to put it next to the icon.
