Halo reach type interface?

I know this isn't out there yet, but i was wondering if someone could make a UI like Halo reach! (If it isn't done already)

• Health bar at top. (Target right snug underneath your health, how power would work, idk yet)
  
• Circle see-through minimap at bottom LEFT.
  
• And actionbars at bottom i guess. (You could probably find a Button facade that looks halo-ish)

I can see it like Ice hud
