Looking for a simple addon

First, I apologise if this is in the wrong forum. I looked around and didnt see a place for requests or simple mods.

Im looking for a mod that I can drop in my addons folder that will add a 6 slot bar thats moveable on the ui. I can be sideways or vertical.

I dont need it to do anything else or have any other function other then to be dragable somehow.
