Button bar that opens when key is held down

Hello!

I remember an old, old mod that I used to find super handy around 2 years ago. It caused a customizable button bar to appear over your mouse cursor when you held down a button; I personally bound it to ~ (Tilde) and used it to access my mount, potions and skill abilities from a single area. When you let go of the button, it disappeared again, and it let you arrange buttons in a square layout (giving you an x by x grid essentially)

Anyone remember what it was called? Thanks in advance!

I think that's actually it! It looked bunches different a long time ago, but it fills my purposes nicely even if it's not the same. Thanks!
