Feature Request: Improvements to gotoadd

I have a couple improvements I would like to see to gotoadd:

• Using gotoadd without an existing goto does nothing. I expect it to just add what I told it do as my goto. Right now gotoadd only does anything if there is an active goto.
• I would like the ability to bind one of the various mouse click options to gotoadd so that I can easily just click on the map to create the goto locations.

CTRL + SHIFT + left click.

I think that was the default keybind.
