Addon Incompatible

So I've decided to try my hand at writing an addon or two, but I'm having something of an issue. I started with the traditional "Hello World" program, and I'm using the walk through on WoW Wiki.com. For my text editor, I'm using SciTE.

The problem is that when i go to the addon page, it says "Incompatible." I even went so far as to copy and paste the code snippets from Wow Wiki straight into SciTE, and I still get the Incompatible error.

What causes this, and how can I fix it?

Did you forget a 0 in your Interface number in the .toc file?

You were close, I forgot the colon after #Interface in the .TOC.

That is the one thing I didn't copy from WowWiki, cause I figured it was so simple I couldn't screw it up. Now it works.
