Raid Info Pop-Up

while runing MC i ran into the whole raid info pop-up thing every 10 seconds it pops up, it often went away when i relogged or reloaded my UI but i wanna fix it permanently, anyone know a script to stop it or atleast not show my raid info ever or anything at all
