Ignore on rightclick

Could've sworn I've seen this mod somewhere before, but can't find it again.

What I'm looking for is a very simple mod - one that adds the "Ignore" option when you rightclick on somebody's name in the chat. Too many rude / spamming people on the server I find myself on with weird accented characters I can't type in their name. :|
