Cant find a mod that...

Shows people portraits in movable frames and shows them in real time, like there heads are bobbing and what not. And below there portrait it shows there health, not percentage there actual health, and then under that it shows there energy, mana, rage , or w/e.

I have seen alot of videos that have people with this and have been looking for it for a while now. Please point me in the right direction

There are many different unitbars that support this functionality. One is called Discord Unit Frames (google and it should be easy to find)

Another I use in my UI is called NUF (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=1706)

There are others as well.

in addition to what was listed above, almost any UnitFrame mod will use animated portraits when combined with gello's excellent Adapt 3d portrait mod, it allows you to use the unitframe mod of your choice and still have full 3d animated portraits (i used these in many of my duf setups)
