Horizontal Party Window?

Greets folks ...

I don't really want to modify much of my UI, nor do I really want to install much in the way of addons ...

However, does anyone have an idea of how or what I should do/install to be able to accomplish a horizontal party window that I can place directly above my hotbars? Basically, something similar to my EQ2 setup seen below. And yes, I'd like to be able to target folks by clicking on their name Nothing else is really necessary. I don't want the mod to do anything complex for me or anything. I just want my party window horizontal and right above my buttons

I'd recommend trying Sage - a unit frame addon that is very minimalistic (which you seem to want) while still allowing you to position the frames wherever you want.
