Movable BG Scoreboards

Can anyone recommend one or make one?. Something that will allow you to move the WSG/AB/World PVP scores from the top-middle of screen to anywhere else of my liking?

I think I saw a mod that does specifically this, but I can't remember where...

Anyhow, MoveAnything or Discord Frame Modifier should do the trick.

Ah totally lame, the MoveAnything mod works great, except for the fact that it won't save where the frame gets placed. After I relog it's back in its original spot. And the Discord mod is just out of date, nothing but errors when loaded =\
