It's been moved back to Inventory and I've removed the dependency.
For reference, it got manually moved to the Outdated category the last time I did a sweep of the mods on the site (mid September). Anything that hadn't been updated in 3 months and 2 patches got moved to the Outdated. I check that category daily and if a mod has subsequently been updated, I manually move it back to the appropriate category. Any time you have a problem or question regarding one of your mods just send a PM to any of the WoWI staff members and we'll help sort it out.
