Can someone please make a mod that show's the enemies health, like 50/100 or something like that, not just the %

Checkout MobHealth3 or MobInfo2. It's not possible to get the exact amount of HP a mob has, but it is possible to estimate it based on how much damage has been done to it vs. how much % was lost.

also make sure the unit frames are displaying xxx/yyy instead of %.
