Spell interface stacking :S

i want to try to get my spells looking like this, i was wondering is there anything i need to click or drag them somewhere to get spells OUTSIDE the area where they are in the spell book and the hotkeys, like above and upright....

i mean the spells go up the side and along the bottem

Interface Options -> Advanced -> and there are checkboxes for the 4 bars.
