Mouseover info

I used to have a mod that would show the mouseover info next to your mouse cursor instead of in the bottom right corner. This was very convenient since you didn't have to move your eyes down to the bottom right every time you mouseovered something. Anybody know where to find this?

Get TinyTip.
to place the tooltip at cursor just type /tinytip and head for anchoring
