Titan Panel - Problem

After setting up the panel - which I love - I moved the player icon and target icon up tight underneath. Each time I log in they have moved back down. Is there any way to keep them in place rather than having to move them each time before I start to play?

Just found another problem - I have the bar scale set to 125 - it holds on loggin and out but it did not hold when I did <alt><tab> to post this message.
