ofc you can use it but its not optimized for that.
PitBull Raidframes have no Auras enabled, so you wont seeing any buffs/debuffs on it.
In my opinion the frames are too small to get enough informations into them, it would look to messy.

Feel free to enable the Aura-Module for the RaidFrames in PitBull and try it on your own.
I'm a bad raid-heal, so maybe you have more luck then me.

Or better:

Use a heal-AddOn like VuhDo while healing in a raid.
