1. It seems it can't see CD when it happens. Say, I just crafted Ebonweave. I need to close and reopen crafting window to see CD in Alt.

Medium-level approach would be to optionally use viewport adjustment for bottom bar only.
The issue itself, as I see it (haven't been hit by it at all) is only happened when you're using bottom bar with default Blizzard button frame.

It is only cooldown i'm using on my main.
Northrend inscription research CD shown fine.
